What is Individual Therapy?
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist in which individuals explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. They may also work on exploring challenging memories, identifying aspects of their lives they would like to change, and gain a better understanding of themselves and how to apply that knowledge in their lives.
What can Individual Psychotherapy help with?
Individual psychotherapy can help with behavioral, physical, and emotional issues. Concerns that might be discussed during therapy (but are not limited to) include:
