What is Family Therapy?
Family therapy is another type of psychotherapy. Family therapy focuses on how specific issues impact of a number of people within the family, rather than just one person. This approach is designed to help families improve communication, coping skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and enhance their sense of connection to one another.
