ONLINE THERAPY
What is Online Therapy?
Online therapy, otherwise known as Teletherapy or Telehealth, is the online delivery of mental health therapy services via live video conferencing. Teletherapy sessions are very similar to traditional in person therapy, with the exception that you are interacting via live video conferencing rather than face-to-face in the same room.
